The Quran Reading Course is designed to help students of all ages and genders, whether kids or adults, improve their Quran recitation skills.
It is ideal for those who have completed the Noorani Qaida and can read the Quran but wish to enhance their fluency and confidence in recitation. The course focuses on practicing Tajweed rules, essential for correctly reading the Quran and preserving its beauty and meaning.
Our experienced teachers guide students step by step, ensuring they gain a deeper understanding of Tajweed and finish the full Quran reading course on time.

Quran Reading Course Outline
- Proper Quranic Recitation – Learn to recite the Quran with the correct Arabic accent.
- Hadar and Tarteel – Master the recitation styles of Hadar (quick recitation) and Tarteel (slow, melodic recitation).
- Letter Forms in Quran – Understand how letters change their form in different contexts of the Quran.
- Harakaat Stretching – Learn the correct duration for stretching harakaat (vowels) in the recitation.
- Stops and Continuations – Understand where to stop or continue while reciting.
- Application of Tajweed Rules – Apply rules of Izhar, Ikhfa, Idgham, and Iqlab.
- Advanced Tajweed – Apply rules of Izhar-e-Shafawi, Ikhfa-e-Shafawi, Idgham-e-Shafawi.
- Recitation Practice – Practice Quranic reading from Surah Al-Fatiha to Surah Annas.
Requirements
- Prerequisite: Student must know the Makharij (articulation points) of Arabic letters and how to join and read Arabic words.
- Knowledge Required: Understanding of vowels, Sukoon, Madd, Tanween, and Shaddah.
- If you’re not familiar with these, begin with the Basic Noorani Qaida Course and then proceed to the Quran Reading Course.
Outcome
Upon completion, students will be able to read the Quran with correct pronunciation, following the rules of Tajweed.
